Reports are created electronically after you submit an address and complete payment.
We do not conduct physical inspections, legal title searches, surveys, or on-site investigations.

6. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown before payment. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
